Email support@elevenapril.com. Tell us your device, your iOS or iPadOS version and what happened. Please do not attach maps with private content unless we ask for one.

Once the app is out, you can also send feedback from inside it, in Settings.

Common questions

Which devices does MindmapPal run on?

iPhone and iPad. There is no Mac or Android version.

When will it be on the App Store?

Soon. Leave your email on the home page and we will write once, when it is out.

Which files can I open?

.xmind, OPML and Markdown files, and MindmapPal’s own .mindmappal files. You can export to PNG, PDF, SVG, Markdown, OPML and .xmind.

Where are my maps stored?

As files in your iCloud Drive, or on your device when iCloud is off. You can see them in the Files app.

I forgot a map’s password.

Passwords cannot be recovered, by us or anyone else. The map stays locked without it.

What do you collect?

See the Privacy Policy. Your map files are never sent to us.
